I often get asked “How much I should dilute my adaptor?”

We always recommend that you check the NEB manual for adaptor dilution. However, the ideal adaptor dilution may be dependent on your input type and the quality of that input. If you find after your final cleanup that you have an adaptor dimer, you may need to consider further diluting your adaptor.
