Protocol for WarmStart Afu Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) (NEB #M1282)

1. Set-up the reaction as follows:

   dU-containing DNA	up to 1800 pmol
   Thermopol® II Reaction Buffer (10X)	5 µl
   WarmStart® Afu Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG)	1 µl (2 units)
   H2O	up to 50 µl

2. Incubate at 65°C for 30 minutes.
