Adaptor or Vector Ligation of cDNA Library (E6114)
Protocol
- Mix the following components in a sterile microfuge tube:
End Repaired, Blunt DNA: variable
NEBNext Quick Ligation Reaction Buffer (5X): 40 μl
DNA Adaptors or Vector variable T4 DNA Ligase: 10 μl
Nuclease-Free Water: variable
------------------------------------------------------------------
total volume: 200 μl - Incubate in a thermal cycler for 15 minutes at 20°C.
- Purify DNA sample on one column.
