Yes, the columns (NEB #T1017) in the Monarch Plasmid Miniprep Kit (NEB #T1010) are capable of functioning in cleanup of up to 20 μg of DNA per column. These columns (NEB #T1017) could be used instead as a higher capacity alternative for the columns (NEB #T1034) of the cleanup workflow in the Monarch PCR & DNA Cleanup Kit (NEB #T1030); if using the columns (NEB #T1017) for cleanup, the protocol will need to be modified by adjusting the elution volume to 30 μl to ensure that the matrix is soaked with elution buffer.
