Colorimetric LAMP is compatible with a variety of instruments that provide heating to 65°C, including standard thermocylers, qPCR instruments, plate heaters and heat blocks. Hot water or non-instrumented approaches can be used if desired. Performance of the SARS-CoV-2 colorimetric LAMP Kit has been evaluated on the following instruments and performs well under standard conditions unless otherwise noted:
