FAQ: How are colorimetric LAMP results interpreted in the SARS-CoV-2 Kit?
Colorimetric LAMP reactions will turn from pink to yellow if amplification occurs. The Internal Control (rActin) and SARS-CoV-2 Positive Control reactions must be yellow and the NTC must be pink for test results to be accurate. Refer to the product manual for more in depth guidelines on interpreting results.
