FAQ: Can I use a shorter incubation time for my cDNA synthesis reaction when using the LunaScript® RT SuperMix?
Yes. For many targets, incubation times as low as 2 minutes can be used for the cDNA synthesis step at 55°C. However, standard cycling conditions are recommended as a starting point, and may be required for challenging assays, and/or with RNA samples containing impurities.
