The NEBuilder HiFi DNA Assembly Master Mix in all products is the same. NEBuilder HiFi DNA Assembly Cloning Kit includes additional NEB 5-alpha chemically competent E. coli. NEBuilder HiFi DNA Assembly Bundle for Large Fragments includes 2 packs of NEBuilder HiFi DNA Assembly Master Mix (E2621S) and one box of NEB 10-Beta Competent E.Coli (20 x 50ul).
