FAQ: Can I store the reaction after it is finished in the thermocycler (ie when it reaches the 4°C hold)?
If necessary, samples can be stored at -20°C; however, a slight loss in yield (~20%) may be observed. We recommend continuing with adaptor ligation or cleaning up the reaction before stopping.
