FAQ: How much Nucleosome Control DNA is provided in the kit?
There is a total of 20 ul of 10 uM DNA in the kit. This is sufficient to use as a control for one fifth of the possible assembly reactions in one kit. If you are planning to use this DNA for all nucleosome assembly reactions, you will need to purchase additional Nucleosome Control DNA (N1202S) separately.
