No. NEBNext Q5 Hot Start HiFi PCR Master Mix will not incorporate dUTPs and is not compatible with bisulfite-treated DNA. For protocols employing bisulfite-treated DNA, EpiMark™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase can be used.
