FAQ: Can I scale down the reactions to use less vector?
The vector used per reaction can be decreased from 25 ng to 10 ng. Decrease the amount of insert proportionally to maintain the optimal 3:1 insert:vector molar ratio, and also the amount of added Cloning Mix 1 and Cloning Mix 2.
