FAQ: What are the stability and storage requirements of the Q5® PCR Kit?

The Q5 High-fidelity 2X Master Mix is stable for 2 years (and at least 15 freeze-thaw cycles) when stored at -20°C.

The Quick-Load 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder is stable for at least 6 months at 25°C. For long-term storage, store at 4°C or -20°C. If stored at -20°C, mix well after thawing.

The 6X Loading Dye should be stored at room temperature and is stable for at least 3 years when used as directed.
