FAQ: How does this product differ from the Deoxynucleotide Solutions Set (NEB# N0446)?
The Deoxynucleotide Solutions Set contains four vials, one containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP. The concentration of each is 100 mM. If equal volumes of nucleotides are mixed from the Deoxynucleotide Solutions Set the concentration would be 25 mM each dNTP.
