FAQ: Are the USER enzyme included in the NEBNext UltraExpress™ RNA Library Prep Kit (blue cap) and the USER enzyme included with NEBNext Index Primer sets (red cap) the same?

The NEBNext UltraExpress RNA Library Prep Kit's USER formulation is a newer one. However, it can still be used interchangeably with the version included with the NEBNext adaptor. There is no difference in the activity of the enzyme.
