Thermolabile USER Enzyme will remove uracil from both ssDNA and dsDNA, however, Thermolabile USER has ~ 3-fold lower activity on ssDNA as compared to dsDNA. Thermolabile USER has no activity on nucleotides (dUTP) in solution.
