Note: Thermostable OGG will function at temperatures between 25-80°C, but functions optimally between 65-75°C.
Set up the following reaction:

| rCutSmart Buffer (10X) | 2 µl | 1X |
| H20 | up to 20 µl |
Gently mix the reaction by pipetting up and down and microfuge briefly.
Incubate at 65-75°C for 1 hour.
