Protocol for use with TelN Protelomerase (M0651)

1. Set up the following reaction in a microcentrifuge tube on ice.
    
   

   COMPONENTS	20 μl of REACTION
   dsDNA (< 300 fmol of TelN sites)	X μl
   ThermoPol Reaction Buffer (10X)	2 μl
   TelN Protelomerase	1 μl
   Nuclease-free water	to 20 μl

   
    
2. Gently mix the reaction by pipetting up and down and microcentrifuge briefly.
3. Incubate at 30°C for 30 minutes followed by 75°C for 5 minutes.
