Perform End Repair/dA-tail of cDNA Library (E7420)

Protocol

1. To the purified double-stranded cDNA (55.5 μl), add the following components:
   NEBNext End Repair Reaction Buffer (10X)   6.5 μl
   NEBNext End Prep Enzyme Mix   3 μl
   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Total volume   65 μl
   
   
2. Incubate the sample in a thermal cycler as follows:
   30 minutes at 20°C
   30 minutes at 65°C
   Hold at 4°C
   
   
3. Proceed immediately to Adaptor Ligation.
