    NEB offers a DNA Library Preparation Reagent Sets for Illumina® (NEB #E6000) and a reagent set for the preparation of ChIP-Seq DNA for the Illumina platform (NEB #E6200).

    Each Reagent Set contains individual enzymes and buffers (not master mixes) that are ideally suited for library preparation for next-generation sequencing of genomic or Chromatin Immunoprecipitated (ChIP) DNA, and for preparation of expression libraries from genomic DNA. Each of these components must pass rigorous quality control standards and are lot controlled, both individually and as a set of reagents.
