5X OneTaq Standard Reaction Buffer is optimized for use with OneTaq and OneTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerases. This reaction buffer has been formulated for robust yields with minimal optimization. The OneTaq Standard Reaction Buffer is recommended for most routine and/or AT-rich amplicons (i.e. Lambda, etc.) or complex amplicons with up to ~65% GC content.
