From simple DNA templates (E. coli, lambda, etc.), we have amplified fragments up to 20 kb. For complex genomic DNA templates, we have amplified fragments up to 12 kb. The maximum product length for deaminated DNA depends on the quality of the substrate and the redundancy of the target.
