FAQ: Will the antibody bind m6A-containing DNA?

The antibody has not been tested much on DNA substrates but it is very likely that it will work well on single stranded DNA that contains m6A.  It is possible that it may bind double stranded DNA that contains m6A as well but the affinity might be significantly lower than single stranded substrates.
