FAQ: Can Bst 3.0 DNA Polymerase be used in other NEBuffers?

Optimal activity is observed in Isothermal Amplification Buffer II and near optimal performance is observed in Isothermal Amplification Buffer. For other buffers we recommend pH 7.5–10 and monovalent salt 50–250 mM.
