FAQ: Are there limits regarding the size of inserts that can be cloned?
NEB 10-beta supports large plasmid stability, and the small size of pMiniT allows large insert cloning. Inserts of 4–5 kb have been easily cloned. Note that larger inserts may require lower insert-to-vector ratios.
