  • FAQ: What phosphate groups are removed by rSAP (or CIP or AnP)?

    rSAP, as any alkaline phosphataser, emoves phosphates from 5´ and 3´ ends of single-stranded and double-stranded DNA and RNA. rSAP has no activity on RNA 5´ cap structures. rSAP also dephosphorylates dNTPs.
