Technique Development

Third generation sequencing technologies provide high-throughput and high confidence sequence information. Our group seeks to develop methods that implement these technologies in novel ways. Our methods will probe enzyme mechanisms, improve RNA aptamer selection, and screen polymerase libraries for desired activities.\
