Size Selection of cDNA Library (E6100)

Protocol

1. Run Adaptor Ligated cDNA Library on a 2% agarose gel and Isolate desired cDNA fragment size from the gel.
2. Purify DNA from gel slice using a gel extraction column purification kit, purifying the sample on one column and eluting in 29 μl sterile water or elution buffer.
