FAQ: What libraries can be quantitated with the NEBNext® Library Quant Kit for Ultima Genomics®?
The NEBNext Library Quant Kit for Ultima Genomics is compatible with PCR-free libraries prepared using the UG SolarisTM Free workflow. The kit’s qPCR primers recognize the xGen PCR-free Adapters for Ultima Genomics® and the UG ppmSeq TM Adapters. Quantitation will be compatible with libraries prepared using any desired library prep method, as long as these adaptor sequences are introduced.
