The supplied Nuclease-Free Water is enough for preparing the Viral DNA/RNA Wash Buffer. Users provide their own nuclease-free water for preparing 80% ethanol.
To support our sustainability efforts, we have not included additional bottles and nuclease-free water for the 80% ethanol wash steps to avoid shipping excessive materials that may not apply to all users.
