The intercalating fluorescent dye is provided at a 50X concentration. We suggest using 0.5 μL per 25 μL LAMP reaction if real-time fluorescence measurement of LAMP is desired. The SYBR/FAM channel of common real-time fluorimeters can be used to read the dye.
