FAQ: Can I double digest PNGase F and O-Glycosidase?
Yes. Following the reaction conditions listed in FAQ #3, you can see that conditions have been determined that allow O-glycosidase to be used under the same denaturing conditions used for PNGase F. PNGase F and O-glycosidase can be used concomitantly in a reaction with 1X G7 Reaction Buffer, 10% NP40, Neuraminidase, H20 and your glycoprotein.
