FAQ: Which buffer should I use?

For most routine applications, we recommend using the OneTaq® Standard Reaction Buffer. For difficult/GC rich amplicons, the OneTaq® GC Reaction Buffer can improve specificity and/or yield. Please see the Buffer Selection Table for detailed guidance.
