Reduced Star Activities of HF Enzymes

The following table indicates the number of units of HF-enzyme that can be used compared to the wild type counterpart before any significant star activity is detected. The HF Factor refers to the X-fold increase that is achieved by choosing an HF enzyme. This data clearly illustrates the flexibility that is offered by using an HF restriction enzyme.
