  • Licensed for PCR*
  • Highest fidelity of any commercial thermostable polymerase (50X greater than Taq)
  • Industry leading processivity is 10X higher than Pfu and 2X higher than Taq
  • Unrivalled robustness and yield with minimal amounts of enzyme and little optimization
Description:
Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Kit is available in two sizes. The small kit (F-553S) contains all the necessary reagents for performing 50 amplifications in 50 µl volume or 125 amplifications in 20 µl volume. The large kit contains reagents for 200 amplifications in 50 µl volume or 500 amplifications in 20 µl volume. The kit also contains control template (lambda DNA) and two primer sets (1.3 kb and 10 kb) for performing 20 control reactions in 50 µl volume or 50 control reactions in 20 µl volume.
