 Description: A suspension of E. coli K12 strain PR1031 which has been grown in LB medium and brought to 50% glycerol. Grow by streaking out on an LB plate and incubating at 37°C. This strain is deficient in the DnaJ "chaperonin", and several unstable proteins have been shown to be more stable in this host.
