  2. What is the buffer composition of your S-adenosyl-methionine (SAM)?
  3. Will the buffer from the SAM inhibit my reaction?
  4. What quality controls are performed on your SAM?
  5. How long can I store SAM?

Quality Control for Current Lot

Quality control values for a specific lot can be found on the datacard which accompanies each product.

Quality Assurance Statement:
Each lot of SAM is tested in an SssI (CpG) Methylase (NEB #M0226) reaction with l DNA. The DNA is then challenged with BstUI to confirm methylation.
