Description:
Taq DNA Polymerase Diluent is recommended for making dilutions of Taq DNA Polymerase.
This diluent is identical in composition to the storage buffer of Taq DNA Polymerase.
Reagents Supplied:
1X Taq DNA Polymerase Diluent
1X Taq DNA Polymerase Diluent:
100 mM KCl
10 mM Tris-HCl
1 mM Dithiothreitol
0.1 mM EDTA
0.5 % Tween-20
0.5 % NP-40
50 % Glycerol
pH 7.4 @ 25°C
