Description:
9°N™m/Therminator™ Diluent is recommended for making dilutions of 9°Nm and Therminator DNA Polymerases.
This diluent buffer is identical in composition to the storage buffer of 9°Nm and Therminator DNA Polymerases.
Reagents Supplied:
1X 9°Nm Therminator Diluent
1X 9°Nm Therminator Diluent:
100 mM KCl
10 mM Tris-HCl
1 mM Dithiothreitol
0.1 mM EDTA
50 % Glycerol
pH 7.4 @ 25°C
