Description:
New England Biolabs supplies a 10X reaction buffer with all of its enzymes.
Reagents Supplied:
10X G7 Reaction Buffer
10X G5 Reaction Buffer
10X Glycoprotein Denaturing Buffer
10X 10% NP-40
Reaction Conditions: At a 1X concentration these reaction buffers assure optimal activity of the enzymes. Supplemented with BSA when required (not supplied).
1X G7 Reaction Buffer:
50 mM Sodium Phosphate (pH 7.5 @ 25°C)
1X G5 Reaction Buffer:
50 mM Sodium Citrate (pH 5.5 @ 25°C)
1X Glycoprotein Denaturing Buffer
0.5% SDS, 40 mM DTT
1X 1% NP-40
