Description:
New England Biolabs supplies a unique 5X reaction buffer and a supplemental reagent for use with Crimson Taq™ DNA Polymerase.
Reaction Conditions: At a 1X concentration the reaction buffer assures optimal activity for Crimson Taq DNA Polymerase.
