Health and Dental Benefits:
Employee health and wellness is our priority. As such, we provide all full time employees with Blue Cross Blue Shield’s POS, Delta Dental’s
Premier Plan and an Employee Assistance Program. In addition to these fully funded programs, NEB also administers a 125 Flexible Spending Plan
that allows you to set aside pre-tax money for designated child care and medical expenses. |

NEB values continuing education and professional development. All employess are encouraged to take advantage of our in-house weekly seminar
series and to attend external seminars, conferences or meetings that pertain to their work. These opportunities, combined with our tuition

Paid Time Off:
All full time employees begin their career at NEB with 3 weeks of paid vacation time and eleven annual holidays. As your career matures, vacation
time will increase by one week for every 5 years of service. Vacation time is capped at 8 weeks, or the completion of 25 years of service.
In addition to vacation time and holidays, NEB offers a series of flexible leaves intended to support your balance between family and work. |

NEB values employee health and wellness. Our newly completed fitness facility features professional grade equipment and classes including yoga,
pilates, spinning, strength training and aerobics. All instructors are certified and personal trainers are available upon request. Prefer

Our on site cafe offers a continental breakfast and full lunch at subsidized prices. The cafe features healthy meal options as well as free
lunch every Thursday.
NEB provides mothers with a private nursing room as well as on site daycare for children from two months to five years. |
